For a premises license under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: Playing recorded music (indoors). Monday to Sunday. From 8:00 am to 12:30 am. Late night refreshment (indoor & outdoor). Monday to Sunday from 11:00 pm to 12:30 am. Supply of alcohol for consumption ON & OFF the premises. Monday to Sunday 8:00 am to 12:30 am. New years eve 8:00 am to midnight. Opening hours of premises Monday to Sunday 8:00 am to 1:00 am. New years eve 8:00 am to midnight. Representation to this application must be made in writing by 13/02/2020 to the Licensing Team Breckland Council, Elizabeth House, Walpole Loke, Dereham, NR19 1EE where applications can be inspected during office hours. It is an offence liable on summary conviction to a maximum fine of £5000 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
