NOTICE PURSUANCE TO SECTION 121(1) OF THE CHARITIES ACT 2011
The Trustees of the Tasburgh United Charities hereby give notice that they are proposing to sell by private treaty a piece of freehold land adjoining Mistletoe Cottage, Marl Pit Lane, Tasburgh to the owner for that property subject to restrictions as to future use for the benefit of the Trustees' other land in Marl Pit Lane which they are retaining. Any representatins concerning such disposal should be addressed inwriting to the Chairman of the Trustee, Rokery House, Saxlingham Lane, Tasburgh, Norwich NR15 1LP no later than Saturday 10th March 2018.
