Take notice that application is being made by: Heniam Limited For planning permission to: Variation of condition No 2 (Plans & Drawings) on DC/15/1756/FUL - Demolition of 2 houses & construction of 3 new dwellings with barrage, gardens & access from an existing private drive (previously varied by DC/16/2507NOC, DC/17/0337NOC, DC/17/1889/ AME & DC/17/3291NOC) and variation of condition No 3 (materials) in respect of Whimbrels plot & removal of condition No 4 (permitted development).
