NOTICE IS HEREBY given that Guluzar Demiralay has applied in respect of DC's Bar 1st floor 14-16 Market Place Dereham Norfolk NR19 2AL for the variation of a premises licence under the licensing act 2003
to allow for increase of opening hours on a Friday and Saturday from 10.00-02.30 to 10.00-04.00, increase the hours for supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises on a Friday and Saturday from 10.00-02.00 to 10.00-03.30 and the playing of recorded music on a Friday and Saturday from 10.00-02.00 to 10.00-03.30.
Representations to must be made in writing by 28/08/2018 to the Licensing Team, Breckland Council, Elizabeth House, Walpole Loke, Dereham, Norfolk NR19 lEE where applications can be inspected during office hours. It is an offence liable on summary conviction to a maximum fine of £5,000 to knowingly or recklessly make a statement in connection with this application.
