One of Dragons' Den's most successful entrepreneurs is returning to the small screen to tell his tale of 'pitches to riches'.
Ross Mendham, from Wymondham, will star in a special episode of the BBC programme recapping some of the most memorable moments of its 13 series.
His pitch for a healthy alternative to pasta and rice based on a Japanese plant root became one of the show's most notorious, after he walked off set when it went badly wrong, before returning to secure a £60,000 investment from Peter Jones.
The 32-year-old's company, Bare Naked Foods, is now set to turn over £1m in 2016, with listings in the likes of Waitrose, Sainsbury's, Morrison, and Holland & Barrett. Mr Mendham said he hoped to expand into South Africa, New Zealand and Canada, adding: 'It's nice to see all the hard work, blood, sweat and tears pay off.'
Dragons' Den: From Pitches to Riches is on BBC2 at 8pm on Sunday, February 28.
