Published authors have shared the secrets of their craft during two events at Brandon Library. The venue hosted two events as part of this year's Suffolk Bookfest, the first featuring crime author Alison Bruce and the second featuring the writing partnership of Nicci Gerrard and Sean French. Ms Bruce is the author of the bestselling Gary Goodhew novels, and Ms Gerrard and Mr French write as Nicci French.

Mat Sheldrick, manager of Brandon Library, said: 'These were the first Bookfest events that we've held at Brandon and they were very interesting and very well received. We hope to be able to host more.'
