The A149 has been closed near North Walsham following traffic collision.
A Nissan Micra and Fiat Ducato van crashed at Briggate around 8am.
A woman in her 70s has been taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital with an arm injury. Police are recovering vehicles from the scene.
