Paramedics are now treating a woman who has fallen over and banged her head in the centre of Fakenham.
Police are also at the scene, on Bridge Street, and the road is currently closed.
An officer said he believed the woman to be in her 50s and the injuries are 'potentially serious.'
She is expected to be taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital, King's Lynn in an air ambulance.
