Police are appealing for witnesses following a road traffic collision in Norwich which left an elderly man with serious leg and head injuries.
On Thursday at around 5pm, a red Honda motorbike travelling on Magdalen Road out of the city and a 70-year old pedestrian - walking towards the city - were involved in a collision close to the junction with Albany Road.
The pedestrian was treated by East of England Ambulance and staff from an East Anglian Air Ambulance medical car, before being taken to Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.
His injuries were not believed to be life-threatening, police said yesterday.
Officers would like to speak to anyone who may have seen the actions of the pedestrian or the manner of driving of the motorcycle, prior to the collision.
Any information should be reported to PC Balme at Norfolk and Suffolk Roads Policing on 101.
