Police are appealing for witnesses to a crash near Thetford which saw a woman in her 70s suffer serious injuries.
The incident saw a green Vauxhall Corsa collide with a white Ford Transit Van, at about 2.20pm on Thursday on the Mundford Road, about three miles from the A11.
According to Norfolk Police, the Corsa was travelling towards the A11 and the Transit was headed towards Mundford when the collision took place.
The driver of the Corsa, a woman in her 70s, suffered serious injuries and was taken to hospital, while the driver of the van, a man in his 30s, suffered bruising.
Both drivers had to be freed by Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service.
Officers are keen to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has information concerning the driving manner of either vehicle prior to the collision.
