Mitchell Bird, 29, of Cox Close, Wisbech will appear at Cambridge Crown Court following an incident in Cox Close on February 14.
Bradley Carter, 35, of Spencer Close, West Walton, Norfolk was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Kings Lynn but sadly died on February 19.
In a statement, the family of Bradley Carter said: 'Bradley was a kind, loving and helpful son, uncle and father who will be greatly missed by all those who knew him.'
