The knowledge and commitment of long-serving council staff was recognised at a Long Service Awards ceremony.
Thirty-five members of staff at West Norfolk council, who have served 450 years between them, received Long Service Awards at a ceremony in King's Lynn Town Hall on Wednesday, February 7.
This includes staff who have worked for the council for 10, 20, 30 and 40 years.
Council leader Brian Long said: 'I am very pleased to be attending my second successive Long Service Awards ceremony as leader of the council.
'I hope all borough council employees know how much my colleagues and I value their dedication and expertise every day, but this ceremony gives me a chance to thank personally staff who have reached these landmarks in their careers with the council.
'The experience our staff have gained over decades is invaluable, and means we can face any challenge with resilience.'
