Passengers face a weekend of disruption on the railway due to engineering works being carried out by Network Rail.

The following One Railway services will be affected:

t Ipswich to Peterborough, Saturday and Sunday replacement bus service between Bury St Edmunds and Peterborough;

t Norwich to Great Yarmouth, Sunday, from the beginning of service until midday, replacement bus service:

t Norwich to Lowestoft, until Monday line remains closed following last week's flooding that has caused track damage in the Haddiscoe area and replacement bus service in operation between Norwich and Lowestoft;

t Norwich to Cambridge, Sunday, replacement bus service between Norwich and Thetford, with train service running between Thetford and Cambridge;

t Norwich to London Liverpool Street, Sunday, train service from Norwich to Ipswich, bus service between Ipswich and Marks Tey, train service between Marks Tey and London Liverpool Street;

t London Liverpool Street to Colchester / Clacton / Ipswich / Harwich, Sunday, trains will run between London Liverpool Street and Marks Tey, with replacement bus services operating between Marks Tey and Manningtree, Marks Tey and Colchester and Marks Tey and Ipswich. Shuttle train services will operate between Manningtree and Harwich, and Colchester and Clacton;

t London Liverpool Street to Southend Victoria, Sunday, replacement bus service between Hockley and Southend Victoria;

t Stratford to Cambridge, Sunday, services will not operate all day and passengers should use the Liverpool Street to Cambridge services instead;
