Forecasters are predicting there could be winds of up to 50mph overnight tonight in Norfolk.
Phil Garner, a forecaster at UEA-based Weatherquest, said following a warmer than average day today it would be a 'breezy, blustery night.'
He said: 'For the remainder of the day it should stay dry and we should see a little bit of sunshine.
'There will be temperature highs of 15 degrees Celsius whereas the normal temperature highs for this time of year would be seven or eight degrees Celsius.
'We will start to see some showery outbreaks overnight, that's when we will also see the south-westerly winds of up to 50mph. It will be a breezy, blustery night.'
He added: 'There will be a few showers tomorrow morning and there will be a moderate south-westerly wind for much of the day. The afternoon should be fine with patches of sunny spells and temperatures back down to 11 or 12 degrees Celsius.
'There will be a little bit more rain on Thursday night, clearing in the early hours of Friday morning, and for Friday it is a much brighter start with sunny spells and some showers going into the afternoon.
'There will be a westerly and south-westerly wind and temperatures will be back down to highs of eight degrees Celsius.'
