People will be able to watch all the action from the Paralympic Games on the Big Screen in Norwich.
The coverage of the Games at the Chapelfield Plain screen will start tomorrow night with the opening ceremony from 8.30pm.
Entitled Enlightenment, the opening spectacular will showcase the excellence of deaf and disabled artists. Starting with a fly past by Aerobility, a British charity that trains disabled people to become pilots, the ceremony promises to challenge the perceptions of human possibility.
People in Norwich will also be able to get fit during the Paralympics as the early morning aerobic classes return. The one-hour workouts will be every day at the Big Screen at 7.30am. There is no need to book and the classes are suitable for all ages and experience.
