Office worker Hollie Sulter, 23 and from Lakenham in Norwich, sang Something's Got A Hold On Me from the show Burlesque.
'I picked it at the last minute because I watched Burlesque for the first time recently and I loved it, and I thought the song was a bit different,' she said.
Hollie, who used to work as a female vocalist for Haven's Caister Holiday Park, said she had applied for The X Factor's London auditions but was really pleased when she heard the auditions were coming to Norwich.
She started queuing at 7.45am for her audition today.
