Watch some truly shocking driving on video, captured on dashcam by drivers in Suffolk and Norfolk.

Examples of crashes and amazing near-misses caught on drivers’ dashcams have been released by Norfolk and Suffolk Police in a bid to warn of the dangers of erratic driving.

Forces in both counties said they had been receiving about 150 videos a month captured by members of the public. This is double the amount which were sent into them last year.

One incident involves a car flying into the air when it cannot stop quickly enough at a roundabout at Breckland Lodge, Attleborough.

About 75% of the footage has led to drivers being either warned, sent on driving courses or dealt with through the courts.

The nightmare driving can be seen on tonight’s edition of Inside Out, at 7.30pm on BBC1 East. You can also see the programme via BBC iPlayer.
