A vegan picnic is being held in Norwich to raise money for a bereaved children's charity.
The Norwich Vegan Society will be hosting the picnic to raise money for Nelson's Journey as part of the charity's Purple Picnic week which is taking place from June 12 to 18.
The aim is to raise enough money to fund a place at an activity day in Sherringham. The day will bring young bereaved children together to have fun and discover new friendships.
The society open their doors to the public between 5.30pm and 7.45pm at Quakers, Friends Meeting House on Upper Goat Lane.
Society member and organiser Maud Webster, 15, said: 'There will be games, activities and food. It's also a chance to remember people we have lost together and celebrate their lives.'
Tickets are available for £3 from the Norwich Vegan Society's facebook page. Food donations are welcome with profits going to the charity.
