Two vehicles have been involved in a crash on the A47 at North Burlingham this evening.
The collision happened at about 5.50pm today near the B1140 junction.
A Norfolk police spokesman said the incident was being treated as a serious collision and the Norwich-bound carriageway was closed following the crash.
The road reopened at about 8pm this evening.
Two crews of firefighters, one from Acle and one from Great Yarmouth, attended the scene.
Firefighters helped one person from a vehicle using hydraulic rescue equipment.
