The road between Hempnall and Woodton was blocked this morning following an accident.
The road was reopened at 9.20am this morning after a one-car crash involving a Ford Focus shortly before 7am.
Oil and diesel from the car spilled out onto the B1527 Hempnall Road, which was closed by police to allow the road to be cleaned and for the vehicle to be recovered.
The driver of the car was taken to hospital as a precautionary measure and a police spokesman said there were no serious injuries.
