One person was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital following the crash involving three cars at Broomhill.
A spokesman explained among the injured included a woman described as 'walking wounded', a man in his 50s with chest pain and a man in his 40s experiencing chest and shoulder pain.
He said their injuries do appear to be seat belt related. A rapid response vehicle and two ambulance crews attended.
Fire crews from Downham Market were also called to provide casualty care and assist the ambulance.
Police were also at the scene.
