A man has been taken to hospital with head injuries after a crash between two cars in Honingham, near Dereham, this morning.
Firefighters used hydraulic equipment to free one casualty following the accident at the junction of Colton Road and Mattishall Road at about 9.10am on Friday April 27.
The road was cleared at about midday, and a police spokesman said the man's injuries were 'not as serious as first thought', but his condition had not been confirmed.
Fire crews from Earlham and Dereham were dispatched after the Ford Puma and Audi collided, and police and ambulance also attended.
