The East Anglian Air Ambulance was called to a crash this morning in which one person was trapped.
The incident happened in Rushford, near Thetford, at 11.30am. A car was believed to have hit a tree and a man was freed from the wreckage.
He was flown to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital with head and chest injuries.
His condition at the scene was described as stable. A rapid response vehicle and ambulance were also sent, and fire crews assisted.
