Two drivers have been cut out of their cars after a crash that has closed the B1149 at Edgefield, near Aylsham.
The emergency services were called to the scene, between Briston Road in Saxthorpe and Pecks Lane in Edgefield, at about 8.15pm.
Firefighters from Holt, Sheringham and Aylsham were dispatched, and have cut the roofs off the cars to remove the casualties.
Police said they had to be cut out because they could not open their car doors, and that paramedics at the scene said they suffered minor injuries.
The cars are believed to be a black Audi and a blue BMW.
The road is blocked in both directions.
