Two people were taken to hospital after two lorries collided on the B1332 at Hedenham.
The crash happened just before 6pm yesterday and blocked the road at the Church Road junction.
Emergency services, including the air ambulance, were called to treat three people.
One was discharged at the scene having been found to have no obvious injuries, while two people were taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital - one of them by air ambulance.
