Two horses were rescued from a dyke in Runham, near Great Yarmouth, this morning.
One fire engine from Great Yarmouth and another from Martham were joined by an emergency tender vehicle from Great Yarmouth to assist in the rescue, near to Church Lane.
The two animals, one of which was thought to have been stuck in the dyke for some time, were stuck in around four foot of water.
One of the horses was freed by 11.35am and the other shortly after, with the emergency crews leaving the scene just before midday.
