They have been taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King's Lynn with minor injuries following the crash on the A17 near Clenwarton at lunchtime.
Drivers were earlier being warned to expect severe delays on the A17 as the road is closed in both directions between the Pullover Roundabout and the junction for Clenchwarton.
The ambulance service was called to the collision which happened at around 11am and sent two ambulances, an ambulance officer and a volunteer from the Norfolk Accident Rescue Service.
Three fire crews also attended to release a female from a vehicle using specialist equipment.
