A woman has been taken to hospital with a suspected broken hip after she was hit by a cyclist in Hellesdon.
The collision happened shortly after 5pm tonight in a bus lay-by off Cromer Road, near to the junction with Fifers Lane.
The woman, in her 50s, is believed to have been getting off a bus when the collision happened.
An ambulance was called to the scene and the East Anglian Air Ambulance also sent a rapid response vehicle from its nearby base at Norwich International Airport.
A spokesman for the East of England Ambulance Service said: 'A woman in her 50s was injured and treated for a suspected broken hip and taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital for further treatment.'
