Trains between London Liverpool Street and Norwich are subject to cancellations and delays of up to an hour because of a broken down train at Hatfield Peveral.
All lines are blocked and the disruption is expected to last until 3pm.
There are also short delays on the Norwich to Cambridge line in both directions due to a fault with a level crossing barrier between Eccles Road and Attleborough.
