Emergency services were called to a crash at Santon Downham, near Brandon, after a crash involving two cars.
The crash, on the B1107 Thetford Road, happened at about 8pm.
Fire crews cut one person free and they were taken to hospital.
The road was closed in both directions, near the Green Road junction.
Fire crews from Suffolk and two from Thetford went to the scene.
