A busy Norwich roundabout has reopened to traffic after resurfacing work.

The stretch of Earlham Road between the roundabout at the Fiveways pub to the entrance to the Sportspark and the University of East Anglia closed at the beginning of the week for the work.

The road has now reopened.

There are still some road markings to be completed. This work will be carried out on Tuesday morning, August 30, weather permitting, under localised traffic control.

A Norfolk County Council spokesman said: 'We would like to thank motorists for their patience during the recent closure of Earlham Road and the Fiveways Roundabout for essential reconstruction and resurfacing.'
