Police were called to reports of a bull on the loose on a Norfolk road.

Officers went to the A149 coast road at Wells-Next-The-Sea just after 7am this morning.

Drivers reported that the animal was in the road near the Warham Road junction.

A farm worker helped police officers track down the owner and the bull had been returned to its field by 7.30am.

And drivers also faced delays after a lorry shed its load on the A140 at Pulham Market, close to the Station Road junction.
