Passengers using the Bittern Line between Norwich and Sheringham are facing continued disruption this afternoon after yesterday's electrical storm which damaged signalling equipment at North Walsham.
Buses replaced trains along the route yesterday evening and Network Rail engineers worked through the night to try and repair the fault.
Today there were still delays of up to 10 minutes along the line and lunchtime trains were due to stop at Cromer and start from Cromer, with road transport ferrying passengers between Cromer, West Runton and Sheringham.
A spokesman for Greater Anglia said they did not know when the problem would be fixed but would issue further updates.
