Tractor worth �70,000 stolen in an overnight raid in Aylsham

A tractor worth �70,000 has been stolen from a field near Aylsham in an overnight raid.

The green MAN class 810 tractor was taken from the middle of a field at Stonegate sometime between 9.30pm on Monday and 6am on Tuesday. Thieves also took a Farmrite slurry trailer in the raid.

Police believe the tractor was driven away on the main road towards Cawston. They are now appealing for information.

Anyone who may have seen it being driven in the area or noticed any suspicious activity is asked to call PC Colin Bailey at Aylsham Police Station on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
