Three teenagers have been arrested after a police car window was smashed and an officer was assaulted during a disturbance in North Walsham.
Officers had been attempting to deal with teenagers who had been drinking in the town, where a fun fair was operating, when the incident happened, at about 10.15pm on Friday, June 23.
A spokesman in the Norfolk police control room said: 'There was an incident where officers attended to confiscate some alcohol from some young people who were drinking. That led to three people being arrested.'
Two 17 year-olds and an 18-year-old were arrested.
One of the 17-year-olds was arrested for being drunk and disorderly and for criminal damage after a police car window was broken.
The other 17-year-old was arrested for being drunk and disorderly and the 18-year-old for assaulting police.
