Three police officers in Dereham have been left with nasty bite marks after they were bitten in the town.
The trio were assaulted while making an arrest last night.
Breckland Police tweeted: 'Those injured in the arrest have some nasty welts from being bitten.'
It was a busy night for police with two other officers being driven at as they tried to stop a stolen car.
The officers managed to get away and one person was arrested in relation to this incident.
