More than 20,000 patients are being invited to attend the third Great Yarmouth Care Working Together Event at the end of the month.

The event is being held at the Acorn Centre at Regent Street from 12.30pm to 7pm on Wednesday, May 31 and gives people a chance to find out what local groups connected to health and wellbeing are doing in the area.

It has been organised by the East Norfolk Medical Practice, which has invited all of its 25,000 patients on its books to attend.

More than 50 local community, charity and professional groups related to health and wellbeing will be taking part and they will be able to show people what services are available within the community.

The East Norfolk Practice, which is made up of Newtown Surgery, Caister Health Centre and the Lighthouse Medical Centre, says the last two care working events have been a 'tremendous success'.
