Thorpe St Andrew's Sainsbury's supermarket is hosting a volunteer recruitment morning for Voluntary Norfolk this Thursday.
The charity will be based in the Pound Lane store's foyer between 9am and 1pm to speak to people interesting in volunteering in their community.
Voluntary Norfolk currently has 1,000 volunteering opportunities in the Norwich area and run their own scheme involving local people in volunteering with members of their community who are looking for companionship, help accessing community service or someone to help with practical tasks such as gardening and decorating.
