This video of a captivating starling murmuration was caught on camera by a Norfolk local.
Alison Couchman, a keen photographer, was lucky enough to witness the event at Minsmere Nature Reserve over the weekend.
Alison has a passion for photography and uses it as a way to deal with her anxiety issues.
'It was a wonderful sight and I hope it encourages a lot people to go outside and connect with nature' she said.
'I'm one person who loves taking photos and it [photography] has helped me focus as I suffer from panic attacks.
'I live life to the full and no one would know but photography has helped me hugely!'
