The motorcyclist who died in a crash near Stalham High School yesterday has been named as 19-year-old Ashton Brooks.
His Honda CBR motorbike was in collision with a black Mitsubishi L200 pick up travelling in the same direction and mounted the pavement on Old Yarmouth Road.
Mr Brooks, from the Stalham area, died from his injuries. Two schoolgirl pedestrians aged 14 and 15 received minor injuries. The woman driver of the Mitsubishi was not hurt.
Police have renewed their appeal for anyone who saw the crash, which happened about 3.20pm, or the way the vehicles were driving beforehand to contact PC Shane Schucroft from the serious collision investigation team on 0845 456 4567.
