A week-long series of events celebrating the 120th anniversary of St Peter's Church, Sheringham, culminated in a special service and afternoon tea, after which congregation members and guests were treated to a slice of church-shaped cake.
St Peter's, which was built on land donated by local landowning family the Upchers, was consecrated on St Peter's Day in 1897.
It has since undergone improvements and additions including a side chapel, vestries and, more recently, a church hall and kitchen.
The vicar of Sheringham, Rev Christian Heycocks, said St Peter's was well-known amongst locals and visitors alike for its warm welcome, generous hospitality and spiritual and practical support.
He added: 'During a week of church services and special events we have been celebrating the past, giving thanks for the present and looking forward to our future ministry in Sheringham.'
