Solicitors celebrated the opening of a new office in West Norfolk, their ninth across the region.

Ward Gethin Archer opened their new office in London Road, Downham Market, which has generated new jobs in the town.

Staff have said the new office will mean lawyers will be closer to hand for clients old and new in and around Downham Market.

Adrian Long, director at Ward Gethin Archer, said: 'I'm looking forward to heading up our new Downham Market team and helping local residents and businesses with their legal questions and challenges that life brings.

'And of course, becoming actively involved and taking part in the Downham Market community and future events.'

Chris Dewey, Ward Gethin Archer's managing director, added: 'Being on-hand and available for residents and businesses in Downham Market is something we are really excited about and privileged to be able to do.'
