A SHED in the side garden of a home at St Olaves Road in Herringfleet was broken into with a quantity of hand and electrical tools stolen along with a lawnmower.
The theft happened between 6pm on Monday and 7am on Tuesday. Among the items taken were a tool box containing spanners, sockets and drill bits, a green sander, a green cordless drill and battery pack, a five-in-one strimmer, a green rotovator and the green petrol lawnmower.
It's thought a vehicle would have been needed to transport the items and police are asking anyone who may have noticed any suspicious activity in the area overnight to come forward.
