Pupils decked themselves out in red, white and blue to celebrate the Queen's Diamond Jubilee at a royal-themed summer fete at Sacred Heart School in Swaffham.

The event on Saturday June 23 saw students pin the tail on a corgi, find the royal, drop a coin in a bucket onto a crown and played crown coits.

French teacher Jane Howarth said: 'It was really exciting, of course. All the children had made huge efforts and everyone came in red, white and blue instead of the uniform.'

She said the event had raised at least 2,000 for the PTA.
