The Art of Butchery stand has already proved one of the most popular attarctions at the Royal Norfolk Show's Adnams Food and Drink Experience.
Hosted by Charlie Hodson and Icarus Hines, the stand has been set up to create awareness around traditional butchers.
'What we're trying to do is bring the traditional high street butcher to the general public and show just how important they are,' said Mr Hodson. 'We have nine butchers from all over Norfolk taking part and we will be giving a range of demonstrations over the two days. The idea is to show the public all aspects of the trade - from the farm to the plate.
'There is nothing better than supporting your high street butcher.'
He said all meat prepared during the demonstrations would be auctioned at the end of both days and proceeds raised would be given to the Yana charity. Demonstrations include a talk on the first step of a pig's journey on a farm and how to cut and prepare a pig's head.
