The A17 has been cleared at Walpole Cross Keys, near King's Lynn, after being partially blocked following a crash between a car and a bus.
It happened near the Station Road junction and traffic was moving slowly in both directions, with police advising motorists to avoid the area if possible.
The vehicle - a grey Honda Accord - was towing a caravan at the time, while the bus had no passengers on board.
A Norfolk police spokesman said the road was cleared after 9am, and the vehicles were recovered. There were no reported injuries.
There are were also delays on the A148 near East Rudham this morning, due to a broken down lorry.
