A quad bike rider has been left in a critical condition following a crash in the city in the early hours of Sunday morning.

NORWICH: A quad bike rider has been left in a critical condition following a crash in the city in the early hours of Sunday morning. The man, in his mid-20s, was riding the bike away from the city centre on Aylsham Road at 12.30am when it left the road and collided with a wall, leaving the rider with serious head and facial injuries. He is currently in Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge. Police have appealed for witnesses and would like to hear from anyone who saw the incident or the manner of riding before the collision.
