Sheringham Woodfields School has been given an Artsmark silver prize for encouraging its students to participate in a series of arts and culture-based activities.
The school's artist in residence helped the children create artwork with pieces of discarded junk, and pupils also attended a Shakespeare festival in Norwich.
Headteacher Diane Whit-ham said: “I am delighted we have been recognised for our progressive arts education programme which enables students to work with local artists.”
