Police are trying to trace a man who was believed to have been hit by a van this morning (Friday).
The driver reported to police that he believed he had hit someone at 6am on Bury Road in Brandon, but had been unable to find anyone when he checked the road.
Officers conducted a search with a specialist-trained dog and the police helicopter but were also unable to find the man.
He was believed to be wearing a white shirt and walking along the road. Police would like to trace him to make sure he is safe and well.
Hospitals have all be checked but to no avail.
