Police name driver killed in A47 crash at Tilney All Saints, near King’s Lynn
Police today named a 30-year-old man who died when his car left the road and hit a lamppost.
Peter Woodham from Westfields, Tilney St Lawrence, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, on the A47 at Tilney All Saints, at 5am on Sunday.
In a statement issued via police, Mr Woodham's parents said: 'It is tragic that Peter was taken so suddenly from us.
'He was an easy going, likeable person who enjoyed life and was a loving father to his two girls and his partner's children.
'He loved his sport, especially fishing and football, his favourite team being Liverpool Football Club.'
Police are appealing for anyone who saw the crash, or Mr Woodham's silver MG beforehand, to contact PC Steve Crowley, in the Serious Collision Investigation Team, on 0845 456 4567.
